Booking Conditions
Christmas 2007

  1. A provisional booking can be made by telephoning for any of the Festive events. If you are booking on behalf of others please ensure they are aware of our terms and conditions.

  2. All Bookings must be confirmed with the completed booking form and relevant deposit paid within 14 days of the provisional booking made. Bookings will be classed as not required and automatically released if deposits are not received within 14 days.

  3. Deposits or full pre-payments are non-refundable. Deposits are paid on the number of guests attending. Therefore lost deposits cannot be offset against the final balance due.

  4. Full pre-payments are due 14 days prior to the event except New Years Eve which is 21 days.

  5. No credit notes or refunds will be issued for Guests who are unable to attend whatever the circumstances.

  6. Choice of dishes for the Festive Menus in the Wyvern Restaurant must be pre-ordered 14 days prior to the date. Please ask for a Menu selector form.

  7. All prices quoted are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.

  8. Only guests taking dinner at Christmas Party Nights & New Years Eve may attend the Dancing for the remainder of the evening.

  9. Vegetarian dishes can only be provided if ordered in advance.

  10. Guests are requested to wear smart, casual attire when attending any Functions at the Midland Hotel.

  11. Cheques made payable to Midland Hotels Ltd, individual cheques should have name, address and cheque guarantee card number on the reverse side. on departure
